Anisha J. King

Anisha J. King is a composer and multi-instrumentalist from Atlanta, Georgia. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, with a focus on Film Production, from the University of Florida. Anisha then went on to obtain a postgraduate diploma in Technology and Applied Composition, at the prestigious San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

Anisha has had the pleasure of scoring the music for a number of projects, including short films, documentaries, commercials and more. She believes in the power of storytelling, and music’s ability to transform a scene into a powerful and emotionally-driven tale. One of her greatest joys is collaborating with directors, to create a musical idea that helps propel a project forward, rooting audiences in their seats.

When Anisha is not composing music, she spends her time working on her first book, a mental health memoir. She is also the creator and founder of the mental health website, Reignbow.org. Anisha currently resides in Los Angeles, California, and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
